SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • BOOK PUBLISING and LITERARY AGENT SERVICES:

Coconut Avenue, Inc. has a unique publishing model.  Forget everything you know or you think you know about publishing if you want to work with us.  We do our own thing our own way.  We are an author friendly book publisher with a unique business model.  Our goal is to assist you in becoming a best selling author and sell as many books as possible.  As a book publisher, we provide very generous author royalty rates and our priority is working with you personally and promoting you as an author.

However, if you have your heart set on having your creative work published by another publisher, we can act as your literary agent.  We will try to negotiate a suitable book contract for you with another publisher.  However, your creative work must meet the manuscript standards for such publishers.  As literary agents we will charge you commissions that are fairly standard in the conventional publishing industry.  You will likely receive much lower author royalty rates following such a conventional publishing route and you will still be required to assist in the promotion of your own creative work.
